After Sales Parts Coordinator - Lawrenceville, GA

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Reports to After Sales Parts Manager / Director, Technical Services.
  • Self-starter, capable of working in a demanding, fast-paced environment with accuracy and dependability.
  • Provides clerical, and administrative support to ensure timely and accurate quoting, customer order entry, and inventory replenishment order entry.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for receipt of incoming emails regarding RFQ’s, Purchase Orders, Upgrade/Modifications, Shipping requests, and distribution/processing of those requests.
  • Delivers excellent customer service requiring a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communications, flexibility, and the ability to work within a team environment that is deadline driven.
  • Provides In-house parts support for Sales, Service, and all internal departments.
  • Supports reporting, research, and all projects for the Technical Services team as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00AM – 8:00PM (shift hours to be determined and eventually adjusted to accommodate anticipated extended Shipping hours).
  • High School Diploma.
  • A.A., A.S., or A.A.S. degrees preferred in the areas of Business Administration, Accounting, etc.
  • Equivalent administrative experience may be considered in lieu of education requirements.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and present information in an understandable, cohesive, and concise fashion.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, reorder points, and Inventory levels.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good customer service skills with time management is crucial to this position.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow through skills.
  • Continuously strive to improve usage of ERP system (ProAlpha) and learn company technical terminology.
  • Display a professional attitude at all times with a commitment to the organization, colleagues, and customer satisfaction.
  • German or Spanish language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
