Our Director, Thomas Krämer, presents his strategic approach, highlighting the importance of developing a comprehensive plan in close cooperation with all Asia-Pacific Wipotec Headquarters (Singapore, Melbourne, and Shanghai).

Asia-Pacific is rich in opportunities, encompassing vibrant markets such as China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and the Philippines. Each country holds unique potential together. However, they form a powerful and interconnected ecosystem. Our objective is to cultivate this ecosystem through a coordinated strategy built on partnership, alignment, and shared responsibility.

Beyond serving as commercial platforms, these showrooms will also act as technical training hubs. A central pillar of our strategy is the comprehensive qualification of regional service technicians. By providing in-depth product knowledge and hands-on training, we ensure consistently high service standards throughout the region. This approach creates a strong support network in which partners and Wipotec specialists collaborate closely, exchange best practices, and respond efficiently to customer requirements

At the core of this initiative is the implementation of structured collaboration between regional partners and the regional Asia-Pacific Wipotec Headquarters. Rather than operating independently, we seek to strengthen cooperation by establishing dedicated showrooms within key partner locations. These showrooms will function as regional competence centers—environments where customers can experience our solutions firsthand, where innovation is showcased, and where trust is built through expertise and transparency.

Through this integrated model, we establish a seamless connection between sales and service. Sustainable commercial growth cannot exist without dependable technical support.
