The front-facing load output allows for highly flexible integration into a wide variety of machine designs and is ideal for applications with limited installation space. Unwanted heat generation in the sensor is avoided as the result of the separate electronics (EB2). This is a key advantage for high-precision and high-speed measurement processes, specifically in multilane systems.

With a wide range of available fieldbus interfaces, the SW-M-FS can be easily integrated into existing control environments. Features such as Active Vibration Compensation (AVC), self-check using the internal testing mechanism, and compatibility with the modular MMS 2 system underscore its versatility and process safety.

Thanks to its sturdy construction, optional IP65 Wash Down mode, and intelligent design, it is suitable for a wide range of applications, from filling and packaging machines to custom systems, in-process inspections, and CIP-compatible installations.
