Five New Junior Specialists at Wipotec

Successful completion and direct career entry

Five former apprentices of WIPOTEC GmbH have successfully completed their training as mechatronics technicians and have now been welcomed to the company as junior specialists.

During their three-and-a-half-year apprenticeship, the young professionals gained comprehensive insights into mechanics, electronics, and control technology. Working in various technical departments, they were actively involved in machines, assemblies, and complex system solutions. This enabled them to apply their theoretical knowledge from vocational school directly in practice and gain valuable experience in real-world projects.

Training as a mechatronics technician is considered particularly versatile and demanding. It combines mechanical manufacturing, electrical installation, as well as the programming and testing of systems. With their successful qualification, the five junior specialists now possess broad technical expertise and are well prepared for their future responsibilities.

“The retention of our own young talents is a strong and positive signal for us,” says Training Manager Carsten Pfaff. “They are familiar with our processes, our quality standards, and our corporate culture – making them ideally positioned to take on responsibility.”

As junior specialists, the former apprentices will now work in various technical areas and actively contribute to the further development of innovative technologies.

We warmly congratulate the five mechatronics technicians on successfully completing their training and wish them every success in their new roles within the company.
