Dear Valued Customer, 

We wish to inform you that, effective 5/8/2025, a temporary adjustment will be applied to the pricing of our products. This decision has been necessitated by a recent and significant increase in U.S. tariffs on specific imported goods that directly affect our supply chain and production costs. 

Despite our efforts to mitigate these additional expenses internally, the scope and immediacy of these increases have made it necessary to implement a short-term price adjustment. This measure is essential to ensure the continued delivery of the high-quality products and services you rely on. 

Please be assured that we are actively monitoring the situation and remain fully committed to reinstating standard pricing as soon as economic conditions permit. We understand the importance of consistency and transparency in our business relationships and greatly appreciate your understanding and continued partnership during this period. 

In some cases, where orders were placed prior to but delivered after any tariff adjustments, a corresponding surcharge will be add to the final invoice to account for the actual import costs incurred. Where a tariff is reduced, a credit will be applied.
