How AVC Works

An AVC module contains two Weigh Cells working in tandem:
- Primary cell: measures actual weight + vibration influences.
- Secondary cell: senses only the vibration component.
The system electronically subtracts the disturbance from the measurement signal—leaving only the true product weight. This principle allows AVC to filter out vibrations across all axes: tilting, vertical motion, and forward/backward oscillations..
