The perfect semi-automatic aggregation

TQS-CP stands for the successful semi-automatic aggregation of manually packed folded boxes. You can conveniently assign units from a lower level (folding box or bundle) to a higher packaging level (shipping carton). The operator places the packaged units layer-by-layer in the shipping carton. Each completed layer is then photographed from above by the fully integrated camera. The camera automatically moves to the preset height for packing in order to always ensure the proper focus distance. After the defined number of layers and units has been reached, the aggregation level is completed and a label is automatically generated. TQS-CP also manages the next packaging level (for example, shipping cartons to pallets). The aggregation of the pallets can be managed in parallel by the optional TQS-MP-EXT. The operator is supported by the integrated display on the handheld scanner.

Separate standing unit for offline pre-serialization of labels

With our TQS-LI, you are able to mark labels with e.g. a serialized DataMatrix code via a fully integrated TTO printer as well as a full surface camera that assesses the print quality. The label roll is placed on the unwinder, good labels transfer to the rewinder, incorrect labels are removed manually. TQS-SP-Bottle can be set up directly at the outfeed of a labeling machine to verify the previously serialized labels on individual bottles via a 360° camera inspection. Bottles with non-readable or invalid serial numbers will be rejected. The machine prints auxiliary codes and verifies bottles and vials. Printing is completed by the CIJ printer on the underside of the bottle or vial. Subsequently, the machine verifies the previously serialised bottle or vial labels.

Aggregation of serialized bottles

TQS-CP-Bottle can be set up directly at the outfeed of a labeling machine to verify the previously serialized labels on individual bottles via a 360° camera inspection. Bottles with non-readable or invalid serial numbers will be rejected. Good products are collected up to the target amount for the shipping carton and handed over to the operator for packing. Once the carton is full, the operator applies the automatically printed label to the carton and verifies it with a handheld scanner. In the final step, shipping cartons can also be manually aggregated to a pallet.
