Smooth rejection onto a gravity conveyor
Thanks to the specially developed roller diameter of 46 mm, the cartons are transported particularly gently. The discharge and ejection stations are physically separated from the infeed and weighing area, ensuring a clear process structure. All relevant process data is clearly displayed on the HMI. A free-standing pusher, which operates particularly gently, ensures that products with incorrect weights are ejected. The product is transferred in a controlled manner to a different orientation and then reliably transferred to the gravity roller conveyor. This conveyor safely picks up the sorted cartons and transports them further without interruption. The combination of gentle product handling, clear process display, and precise ejection ensures maximum reliability in the weight control of shipping cartons.
