This video shows an X-ray inspection system that also features 3D laser and vision inspection technology, presented by Michael Siegrist, Product Manager X-ray at Wipotec. In addition to the X-ray inspection system, the compact inspection unit is equipped with a 3D laser system which can detect the height of products so precisely that you can even measure and evaluate the seal quality. With the 3D laser system you can furthermore record height profiles, such as that of hamburger patties. The integrated vision system enables the inspection of the product lid and the imprint.
