Weigh Cell Integration: Tare/gross weighing of vials

An animated video demonstrates the individual weight determination of empty and filled vials based on SL-M-FS and SX-M-FS EMFR Weigh Cells from WIPOTEC Weighing Technology. In tare/gross weighing of products, the weight of the vial still to be filled is determined. The total weight is obtained by weighing after filling which thus enables evaluation of the actual filling volume.

Alternatively, the empty weight of the vial is determined on the same Weigh Cell on which filling takes place. Here, the Wipotec filling algorithm integrated in the Weigh Cell can also control the filling machine.
