X-ray inspection for raw products – precise and efficient
As quality assurance requirements increased, Transilvania Nuts required a solution capable of reliably detecting contaminants without compromising throughput.
The SC-B 30 X-ray system was selected for its combination of detection precision, high throughput and hygienic design. Integrated directly into the production line, the system inspects up to 1.5 tons of walnuts per hour.

A key factor in the successful implementation was the close collaboration between Transilvania Nuts, Wipotec and the local partner Imark Sistem.
Prior to installation, the Wipotec showtruck provided an on-site demonstration of the SC-B 30. This enabled real product testing under actual conditions, giving the team confidence in the system’s detection performance.
